Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Findry mobile application (“App”), developed by Kaymer LLC (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Findry, you agree to these Terms.

1. USE OF THE APP

Findry is a field memory app designed for construction workers, contractors, and tradespeople. You may use the App to save and retrieve field records including measurements, photos, notes, and reference points.

2. ACCOUNTS

You must create an account to use Findry. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. FREE AND PRO PLANS

Findry offers a Free plan and a Pro plan.

Free Plan includes:

    •    Up to 3 projects

    •    Up to 10 records per month (resets on the 1st of each month)

    •    Up to 3 photos per record

    •    Up to 2 reference points per record

    •    Local storage only

Pro Plan includes:

    •    Unlimited projects, records, photos, and reference points

    •    Cloud backup and sync of projects and records via Firebase

    •    Photos are stored locally on your device and are not included in cloud backup

    •    All future Pro features

Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.

4. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER — UNDERGROUND UTILITIES

Findry is a documentation tool only. It does not detect, map, or identify underground utilities or infrastructure.

ALWAYS CALL 811 BEFORE YOU DIG. Findry records are based on user-entered data and may not reflect actual field conditions. Kaymer LLC is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from reliance on information stored in the App.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of all content you create in Findry. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. DATA STORAGE

Free plan data is stored locally on your device only. Pro plan project and record data is backed up to secure cloud storage via Firebase. Photos are stored locally on your device regardless of plan. Kaymer LLC is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, deletion, or uninstallation of the App.

7. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

    •    Use the App for any unlawful purpose

    •    Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

    •    Share your account credentials with others

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaymer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
